How your business can benefit from mission critical integration

Herman Cx has more than 90 years of combined employee experience in the Mission Critical sector with projects spanning across ten countries. Our team includes a licensed mechanical engineer (California), NAVY Nuke ET, three commissioning authorities (CxA and BCxP certified), and four commissioning agents. We believe earnestly in cross-training all of our staff on an ongoing basis so that each member is highly trained in mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and controls principles. We achieve this by sharing lessons learned at weekly internal team meetings, maintaining a library of this data for reference, and integrating all team members into discussions around solution-based resolutions for new and unique scenarios.
