Our team leverages a compilation of diverse background of technical and engineering knowledge that offer a well-equipped and well-balanced team able to assess and tackle themost complex challenges facing a building’s operational system(s).

WES HERMAN

BCxP - CEO. Wes is the CEO and founder of Herman Cx. With over 25 years of experience, his knowledge of critical facilities infrastructure comes from his service in both the military and subsequent civilian work with equipment technology manufacturers. He also received his Associate and Bachelor degrees in Electrical Engineering Technologies from ITT and is currently a certified Building Commissioning Professional through ASHRAE. Wes has serviced all types of critical facilities from hospital infrastructure to clean rooms and microelectronics manufacturing and everything in between. He gets most excited about mentoring his team to continuously expand their knowledge and expertise while providing the best solutions to his Clients and has not come across a system functionality challenge he hasn’t been able to diagnose and resolve yet.

Maria De Jesus Herman

CFO. Maria’s background in managing financial institutions has taught her the importance of accurate financial management and accounting practices. She received a degree in Business from the University of Manila to further balance her understanding of business operations. Maria’s proficiency in the business’s financial operations is accentuated by her superb customer service. She cares deeply for our team of professionals and the customers we serve; always striving to offer a level of service that exceeds expectations.

Ray Miller

CxA QaQc Manager. Ray has provided leadership in operations, marketing/sales, QA/QC and commissioning throughout his over 25 years of experience. His technical expertise encompasses infrastructure system design, manufacturing/fabrication facilities, as well as construction and deployment of complex equipment and systems in the oil/gas, energy, petrochemical, and technology industries. In addition to the multiple industry certifications, he maintains and has earned, Ray contributes to his committee as a Sheriff Reserve Officer after 2 years of active duty.

Anthony Paul

Senior CxA Manager. Anthony brings over a decade of hands-on experience and a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Energy Systems Engineering to his team. Critical facilities and redundant operating systems have been his area of expertise during this time. Anthony enters every project with the intent of fostering strong relationships by meeting and exceeding these expectations through successful project delivery and building trust whether the task at hand is a new partnership opportunity or the rapport is continuing to build within an already established relationship. Anthony can tackle a facility’s operational system with confidence and accuracy while also understanding the demands of successful project management; operating under tight deadlines to maintain schedule expectations and being efficient with the project team’s time in order to meet the project’s financial budget.

David de Boer

PE, CCP Senior CxA Manager. David is a licensed Professional Mechanical Engineer in the state of California and has over 15 years of direct industry experience. His knowledge and expertise is backed by not just a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering and a BCx Commissioning Professional Certificate, but also 6 years serving in the United States Navy as a nuclear power plant operator. He thrives in diagnostic situations in which assessing scenarios and implementing solutions that eliminate owner headaches in zero downtime climates are the end result. David never shies from a challenge and welcomes the opportunity to expand his current knowledge and share lessons learned with his team. His engineering foundation and past experience working at a design firm provides him with a unique perspective in regards to troubleshooting how a system may have been designed and how it is operating in real-time.

James Robinson

Cx Agent. James is no stranger to developing and maintaining project schedules in order to meet critical timeframes. His background in residential construction has not only laid a foundation for James’ understanding of a structure’s necessity for a symbiotic cohesion of architectural goals, structural requirements, and functional operational systems and their framework, but it has also been instrumental in mastering communication skills to ensure each of Client’s needs are not only met but exceeded in order to produce a successful outcome. With over 25 years of professional experience, James has also developed knowledge in the oil and automobile industry. He relishes the opportunity to put his skills to use diagnosing and fine-tuning diesel mechanics whenever the opportunity arises.

Jesse Brandt

Cx Agent. Jesse possesses over a decade of hands-on experience studying and understanding the intricacies and inner workings of operational equipment. He excels in diagnosing and solving mechanical system challenges. His knowledge of their components and the way in which they operate make him the man for the job when it comes to testing and fine-tuning system compatibility. His patience and perseverance towards achieving a solution stem from lessons learned training horses. A fondness that has since transitioned into a passion for horsepower, building custom diesel engines, in any free time that he has.

Cx Agent. Stasi is highly experienced with over a decade of work in the wind energy and construction industries. With expertise in wind turbine maintenance and construction project management, Stasi has a solid reputation for delivering positive results. He is known for his technical knowledge, attention to safety, and ability to lead teams successfully.
